Rémy Sanchez a867f3a256 Redraw Owl Avatar in Saul Bass Style
The first owl came across as a kid's cartoon. It is replaced by a flat,
geometric Eurasian eagle-owl hand-traced from a Saul Bass style reference
generated with Gemini (Nano Banana Pro): frontal, stern, glowing amber
eyes, a setting-sun disc and a night-blue palette.

- Add build_owl.py (stdlib only), which defines the left half of the
artwork and mirrors it, with an 8-unit overlap at the axis to avoid
  seams, then regenerates owl.svg, header-light.svg and header-dark.svg
- Re-render avatar.png from the new mark
- Add owl-reference.png, the source bitmap used for tracing
- Add a brand README documenting the mark, files, palette, drawing
  method and the generation prompt
